When you opt for healthy habits, naturally your body responds well, resulting into proper functioning of body.
Heart is one of the organ most affected by unhealthy food and unwanted habits.
So keeping our heart healthy is our main task. For this here are top 5 healthy habits which can help us keep our heart healthy and keeping away the diseases.

1. Proper Diet:

Our diet should be really a healthy one, Leafy vegetables should be included, fruits should be also in our regular diet. Specific fruit such as pomogranate, it is very effective for our heart health, other fruits as well which comes in its respective season should be consumed.

2. Exercise:

Exercise is one of the best way to reduce fat, also it helps in endorphin secretion and eventually control heart diseases.1 hour every day walk / run should be in our schedule. Walking helps keep our heart healthy and keeps away the risk of heart attack.
If walk or run is not possible for any one then, we can exercise at home as well, 30 min fixed cycling and 30min exercise with dumbbells.

3. Meditation:

Meditation is one of the best way to think positive thoughts and helps control our emotions.
Everyday Meditation leads to positive attitude of a person helping control unwanted thoughts, control stress and eventually leading to live a healthy life.

4. NO Addiction:

Addictions to any unhealthy things is not good for our Heart and our body.
Addiction invites fat, heart risk and other unnecessary factors.
